On-Camera Audition Class

For many actors, auditioning can be a stressful and daunting experience, especially when it comes to finding a way to stand out. When you walk into the audition room, you want to be radiating confidence and focus to casting.

Self tapes created at home have become an industry norm and remain a convenient tool for the first round of auditions. The problem that arises however is that actors have become too used to having multiple takes to get it just right. When you get a call back to come in for a live audition, you only get one take to get it right.

Our 4-week On Camera Audition class addresses this issue to ensure you are well-practiced at both; creating high quality self tapes on your own at home and proficient when auditioning live. 

You receive your first scene before the course starts, then create a self tape for playback and feedback in class. Then, you perform it live again in class, incorporating notes from the instructor, and record it. 

Your instructor, Shayn Walker teaches Auditioning in our full-time studies programs and brings his success in auditioning for TV & Film roles to our part -time studies programs to help you focus on presence, availability and believability.
