On Camera Acting Intensive 2 is a two-week, full-time Certificate program that takes on camera acting skills, techniques and industry knowledge acquired in our Intro to Acting PACE 1 Certificate, On Camera Acting Intensive Certificate 1 (or equivalent introductory on camera courses from other institutions) and expands up on it.

You’ll take a more in-depth look at Scene Study; breaking down scenes, analyzing scripts, exploring layers of subtext and underlying emotions aiming to create authentic, original characters and achieve a higher level of believability in your acting. You’ll be taught how to use a live learning technique actors employ to memorize large amounts of dialogue.

Audition Technique is expanded upon using scenes from Film & TV scripts to prepare for guest star roles. You will notice a profound improvement in your on camera acting, rehearsals and approach to scenes. Confidence will soar as you practice using a standard time frame that mimics the film making experience on set.

Learning how to make top quality Self-Tapes at home gives you a distinct advantage over the competition when submitting self-tapes for auditions and open casting calls. We teach you how to create tapes with minimal equipment and expense. Also included toward the end of the course is a Demo Reel scene you’ve worked on in class to put into your professional package.

You will learn Goal Management and how to create a blueprint to get started on your career or take it to the next level. Setting realistic goals and creating an action plan to reach them is an important part of remaining focused and achieving your dreams as an actor.
