The classes and the teachers are really inspiring...

I’ve only been in the Dramatic Arts Program at VADA for two weeks but I already know I made the right decision. When I learned about VADA, I had the feeling it was the right place for me as it is a very complete and intense course. Coming from France it was a big choice to leave home to study in another country, I had to leave my family and friends behind but I felt truly welcomed by both the staff and my classmates. The classes and the teachers are really inspiring and I have already learned so much. I really feel like I belong, and the safe, creative environment is the best I’ve ever been in. Everyone is here to learn from professional actors, as well as from one another. I don’t remember ever feeling so confident about myself. The different classes taught at VADA (scene study, movement, audition, voice, improv, camera…) cover every aspect of Acting and teachers help us discover ourselves and our potential as actors. They guide us and help us be better actors and people. It is nice to be in an environment in which we can all rely on one another without feeling judged. I feel blessed to be at VADA and I cannot wait to discover and experience more of what I think is a truly wonderful school!
