...it has gone far beyond anything I could have imagined.

I’ve only recently started at VADA doing the 6 month full-time program but I already am in love with it! I wasn’t too sure what to expect but I can easily say that it has gone far beyond anything I could have imagined. What I love most about it are the teachers! Simon (the owner) has an extremely talented and professional group of instructors who are all current actors in the industry today. As a result, they are able to bring the knowledge from what they’ve done and give us real, hands-on experience with the various techniques in improv, auditioning, script analysis, voice and speech, movement, as well as the business side of acting. It is a very safe environment. The instructors and the classmates are extremely supportive of one another and encourage each person to give as much as they possibly can when performing. They help you to build confidence and lessen self-judgment. The classroom is always full of energy and excitement. It definitely is a lot of hard work too! You start to explore and discover emotions that you never really knew about before and you learn how to use that emotion to make you an even better performer, both on stage and off.
