Simon has been teaching acting for fifteen years and has coached over 5000 actors.

In 2000 he founded Vancouver Academy of Dramatic Arts, where he currently resides as the Artistic Director. The studio is based on his knowledge from 26 years experience as an actor and Longmore's ideology uses a method he calls "The Approach". The success of his teaching is simply measured by the outrageous success of his students!
