Simon Longmore is a true product of Vancouver's creative film boom. Simon has dedicated himself to acting and the mediums to which it is broadcast for sin 1984. Involved in acting in his early teens Simon knew immediately that acting was his calling. Once out of High School his main focus was to pursue the dream of becoming a professional performance artist, thus attending a two year diploma program at the short lived, FTS (Film and Theatre School). Like the majority of young actors, a mandatory year or two in the school of hard knocks lead Simon on many interesting lines of unrelated work. As a dishwasher, muffler shop employee, gas station attendant, open pit mine worker, even a brief stint in the Armed Forces! Still, his passion for art never waned. Find Out More » |
